Once you have submitted your search you will be directed to the search results page, all properties matching your criteria will be displayed for you here. The key information will be displayed along with a photo of the property, the option to download the property information. You can also click on property details for more information. On the property details page you will have the option to add the property to your favourites, print the details and contact us.
You have found a property and want to arrange a viewing
Thatís fantastic news, contact us by one of the methods we offer, the easiest option would be to call us on 0843 308 3785 or use our online chat and ask for sales.
A member of our team will now guide you through the process, this will include arranging the viewing the property and taking down necessary contact details.
Throughout your dealing with Online Property UK you will deal with the same member of our team and should you wish to market your property with us, they will also deal with that for you.
You like the property and would like to move forward
As stated above when purchasing a property advertised with Online Property UK, it happens same way it would if you found the property marketed by a traditional Estate Agent.
You make an offer on the property by contacting your account handler who booked your viewing, they will take the offer and submit it to the property vendor. They will then mark the property as under offer. Any negotiating will be done via your account handler working between you and the vendor.
We will then make the necessary enquiries to start the paperwork process, once this has been done and the sale is ready to progress forward you will require a solicitor to handle the rest of the property sale.
